We want to first say that this was a tragedy and it’s a shame that humans choose to brake the law and force their fellow human beings that are just doing their job to go far behind what a traffic stop should be. On July 19 2015 officer Ray Tensing saw Sam Dubose’s car without a front license plate which is a violation in Cincinnati Ohio. This was not the first time Sam Dudose had been pulled over for not having a front license in fact he had been pulled over many times for this. At the time of this traffic stop Sam dubose’s license was suspended. The media on TV and around the internet judged and condemned office Ray Tensing for killing Sam Dubose as Sam started his car and tried to get away from the officer. It all happened in seconds but just because it’s seconds does not mean we should not look into those seconds to see what happened before we judge. Time can be a very mis understood thing when you see it at the wrong speed.
We took the video of this traffic stop and slowed it down to a fame by fame viewing and also analyzed it to find out if the car was moving before the gun was fired.
